Account and Personal Data Deletion Request

Instructions for Account and Personal Data Deletion Request
Option A (In-App): Open the Nexa Robotics app -> Log in -> Go to Profile / Account Settings -> Privacy / Security -> Click "Delete My Account".
Option B (Web Form): Users without the app installed can submit their registered email or phone number via the web form below. Requests are processed within a maximum of 30 calendar days and require confirmation with the verification methods.

Declarations (Data & Retention)
- Permanently Deleted Data: Personal identification (name, email, phone, profile photo), access credentials, preferences, and customer support logs.
- Retained Data & Legal Grounds: Transactional and billing records are retained under strict lockout for up to 5 years due to tax and accounting regulations. Fraud prevention logs are kept restricted to prevent platform abuse.
- Purge Timelines: Processing takes up to 30 calendar days, and rolling backup systems are completely purged within an additional 60 days.
