7.2. Processing Times and Legitimate Retention Exceptions

Once the request is confirmed, the purge and permanent deletion process will be completed within a maximum of 30 calendar days. The profile, credentials, images, search history, and associated files will be permanently deleted.

  • Legitimate Retention: Certain accounting information, transactional records, or invoices will be retained under strict lock only for the periods legally required under applicable tax regulations or to address legal liabilities.

8. Protection of Minors
