NEXT DRIVERS is a mobile application developed and operated by TANENEKA, intended for couriers and drivers to manage orders, calculate routes, and track deliveries in real time while providing the service.

Depending on the permissions granted by the user, NEXT DRIVERS may collect and process the following categories of information:

  • Personally Identifiable Information: Full name, email address, phone number, profile photo, identity document, and authentication credentials.
  • Vehicle Information: Vehicle type, license plate, driver's license, and related documentation, required for courier verification.
  • Geographic Location (GPS): Precise location in the foreground and background while the courier has an active service. Background tracking is essential for efficient order assignment and real-time tracking during a delivery.
  • Financial and Payment Information: Bank or digital wallet details required to pay commissions and settlements to the courier.
  • Communications and Interactions: Records of in-app support chat conversations, ratings, and incident support history.
  • Files and Photographs: Images captured via the device camera as proof of delivery.
  • Device and Diagnostic Identifiers: IP address, device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and crash reports to ensure technical stability.

4. Purpose and Legal Bases of Processing

TANENEKA processes the information collected through NEXT DRIVERS solely for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Provision and Execution of the Service: Assigning orders, coordinating real-time delivery routes, and enabling operational communication between couriers, businesses, and end users.
  • Account Management and Authentication: Creating, maintaining, and verifying courier identity.
  • Fraud Prevention and Information Security: Detecting and mitigating suspicious activity, unauthorized access, and protecting technology infrastructure.
  • Technical Support and Operational Communications: Courier support, incident resolution, and sending system notifications (push, SMS, or email).
  • Continuous Improvement and Analytics: Optimizing application performance and fixing technical errors.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

TANENEKA does not sell, rent, or trade personal data collected through NEXT DRIVERS under any circumstances. Information is only shared with third parties within the following strictly limited frameworks:

  • Businesses and End Users: Strictly necessary information (name, photo, phone number, and temporary location) is shared with the business and the end user to enable delivery coordination.
  • Infrastructure and IT Service Providers: Partner companies that provide cloud hosting, payment processing, mapping/geolocation services, and push notifications, all under contracts with strict confidentiality clauses.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by court order, subpoena, competent authority, or applicable legal mandate.

6. Security and Data Encryption

TANENEKA implements technical, organizational, and administrative standards to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of information processed by NEXT DRIVERS:

7. Account Deletion Policy and Right to Be Forgotten

TANENEKA guarantees all NEXT DRIVERS users the unconditional right to request the complete deletion of their account and all associated personal data, without needing to keep the application installed.

7.1. Channels Available for Deletion

Users may request the permanent deletion of their data through the following options:

  • In-App Management: Within NEXT DRIVERS, go to Profile / Account Settings -> Privacy -> 'Delete My Account' and confirm the action.

7.2. Processing Times and Legitimate Retention Exceptions

Once the request is confirmed, the purge and permanent deletion process will be completed within a maximum of 30 calendar days. The profile, credentials, images, history, and associated files will be permanently deleted.

  • Legitimate Retention: Certain accounting information, transactional records, or invoices will be retained under strict lock only for the periods legally required under applicable tax regulations or to address legal liabilities.

8. Protection of Minors

NEXT DRIVERS is intended exclusively for couriers of legal age (or the minimum legal age according to the jurisdiction). TANENEKA does not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided information without parental consent, we will immediately delete such records.

9. Changes to This Policy and Contact
